1. Set Up Our Web Services Account 

• • Here are the Steps To Configure your web services account:
    1. Fill in the items with the following Community Benchmark credentials
       • First Name: Community
       • Last Name: Benchmark
       • Email: data@communitybenchmark.com
       • Username: CommunityBenchmark_YOUR WINERY
         • example: CommunityBenchmark_redwinery
       • Password: cab – followed by 4 random numbers
         • • example: cab2021
       • In the vendors drop-down menu, choose / leave as is “Other”
    2. Check “Active” under the vendor box, which will enable Community Benchmark to access the desired data automatically.
    3. Check “Apply Changes” in the lower right by the save icon.

2. Pull Daily Activity Reports
   • Run the “Daily Activity Report” (unfiltered in the default settings) for two separate months.
3. Send login credentials & both reports to: data@communitybenchmark.com
4. POS Questionnaire
   • Fill out this form to help us map the data and historical information.
5. Schedule Meeting
   • Click on this calendar link to setup a 20-minute review.
