Revenue export
Please follow directions/steps and send files for all dates from January 2019 to last completed month to support@communitybenchmark.com

We will upload your files to record all historical data.

Once this is complete, we will need an export each month submitted between the 1st and the 5th of the following month, e.g. for January 2023, you would submit your data between Feb 1 and Feb 5. Here is how to pull the report:

1. Use AMS Menu Option PSRPM.ESD – Extract Sales Data

Ams 2

2. Select Data selection filters
Data Selection Filters

  • Launch menu option PSRPM.ESD
  • Use File Format 2 Details on separate rows

Ams 3

  • Send export file to VIEW
  • Set filters as needed. The screenshot below is an example of January thru June 2022.
We want data from January 2019 to the last completed month. You may need to break this up into smaller time segments in order to export, due to file size.

Ams 4

  • Tasting Room
  • Batch Date: example 010122-063022 (Use Batch date instead of Ship date to encompass ship orders that may have been batched in one month, but Sold in another. For example, wine club orders batched in December, but sold in January or February.)
  • Shipped/Unshipped/Both B  This filter will cause the export to also include unpaid orders. For example, Approval needed, or Tender needed. (Community Benchmark will address unpaid orders)
  • Include carry-out orders?  Y
  • Omit negative line items?  N
  • SELECT

TRT <> NC,NS,RN,RO meaning exclude transactions related to “No-Charge” (Note: you may not have RO)
Ams 5

  • Run or Stream the job.
    • The results appear as a CSV.
    • Close the file, and
    • Save As … in a familiar location.
  • If you receive an error message, it is likely due to the fact that the file is too large. Try reducing the date range. By breaking the file into several smaller files, you should be able to export the data.

3. Email all files to support@communitybenchmark.com
