We are excited to announce the newest addition to our Member Success team, Alex Gomez. She has a strong history in leadership and driving value for success as the head softball coach at the Academy of Art University and assistant coach at Davis.
In addition, Alex earned her Masters at CSU Sacramento and her BA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
“I wish Alex and I had met two years ago as she is going to make a tremendous impact immediately. She will quickly become a cornerstone in doubling our membership again this year and, more importantly, improve the quality of experience for all our Members,” states John Keleher, Founder of Community Benchmark.

What brings you joy these days?
Something that brings me joy these days is quality time with my family. We are constantly running around, so being able to just drive around or hang out together means a lot.
What’s one thing you’ve learned this last year?
One thing I have learned this past year is that taking the high road can be more difficult than I ever imagined- but sticking strong to values is the most important thing I want to pass down to my kids.
Favorite joke or quote?
Favorite quote: “Let us not look back in anger or forward in fear, but around in appreciation.”
What are your hobbies and interests?
- I played in the Women’s College World Series for softball in 2010 where I was on ESPN’s top 10 plays of the day… twice.
- I have four kids! Penelope is almost 8, Dominic is 5 and a half, Theodore (TJ) is almost 3, and Charlotte (Charli) is 6 months.
- My husband and I are high school sweethearts and he was in the Air Force- now he works in tech!
