The Community Benchmark team is excited to introduce our new Director of Member Success, Todd Keleher. He excels with strategic development, marketing execution, and operations leader with over 20 years of consulting and operating experience in the technology industry. Todd earned a B.S. degree from Purdue University (with Honors) and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Todd will serve as a key pillar in leading the Community Benchmark relationships, customer engagement and consulting skills to delight members and ensure satisfaction, leading to ongoing usage and contract renewals. This will include a variety of customer success, customer support, product management, and business data analysis activities.
During the course of his career, Todd has helped drive strategy and performance at leading tech companies such as Apple, Dell, Cisco, Google, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, and several start-up and mid-tier tech companies.
