Location: Remote + Trips To Wine Country

We’re changing the wine industry forever by delivering a service the wineries have wanted for years.  Although sharing numbers with your peers and neighbors is a provocative concept, we have received unprecedented industry support and are rapidly becoming the wine industry standard.  We are expanding our product towards general point-of-sale reporting & goal achievement workflows.

We have over 550 member wineries on our platform with 100% growth for the next 3 years.

What’s the Opportunity?

We’re looking for a candidate who has the unique blend of strategic intuition, technical know-how, and management excellence. The role will immediately focus on taking over operations leadership, management, and accountability for our Finance, Product, & Customer Departments so that the Founder & CEO can focus on Sales & Marketing.  This role is modeled after the EOS Integrator concept – small startup style.

What will I be Doing?

Operations Leadership, Management, and Accountability:

  • Run our weekly Leadership meeting.
  • Our Product, Customer, & Sales leaders will report to you through weekly meetings
  • Lead, specify, and manage product improvements.
    • especially product improvements that reduce Customer Support costs.
  • Lead and implement CRM systems that improve Customer Support & Success performance.
  • Hold weekly 1v1 alignment meetings with Founder & CEO 
  • Provide project management & remove obstacles of weekly / quarterly objective achievements.
  • Manage our P&L on a monthly basis with light Accounts Payable/Receivable + HR Duties.
  • Business Planning & Financial Forecasting
  • Each quarter we will determine 2-3 OKRs you will tackle to change our status quo.
  • Core Processes – continually review, initiate, drive, document, and execute.

What skills do I need?

  • Experience executing on Founder & CEO vision.
  • Impressive experience in an operations role.
  • Knowledge of EOS & Traction nice to have.
  • Demonstrated Product Management success.
  • Deeply understand Customer Support, Success, & Operations.
  • Hustle mindset with relentless follow through.
  • Love of technology and automation – pushing the envelope.
  • Desire and ability to dig into IT issues and streamline/automate CRM configurations.
  • Courageous, savvy, sensitive, and effective communicator.
  • Excited to operate in a startup/rapidly changing environment.
